   染液助剂智能计量输送系统，是应江苏阳光集团等印染、精细化工企业为提高产品质量，解决用工难和排污难的要求，靖江市新旺染整设备厂联合上海交通大学、浙江纺织服装学院开发成功的。它的核心技术是用一根管道，在不同的时间内按工艺要求定量输送不同的染液、助剂到所需的机台。管道内不残留影响产品质量的染液、助剂残液。它的开发成功，大幅度减少染液、助剂称量、搅拌、运送的用工量，消除了人为称量误差，保证了染色的一致和准确，大幅度减少污水排放，极大地提高了印染、精细化工企业的经济效益。投资只有进口同类设备的30%左右。
